The young florentine designer Maria Sole Ferragamo, after graduating in Architecture at Politecnico di Milano, she moved to London to follow her true passion, jewellery design. She just completed a two-year research Design Master degree in this discipline at Central Saint Martins University to explore the use of leather remnants from the fashion industry for the creation of jewellery for the luxury market.

Absolutely fabulous her collection of austere and valuable ruffs realized in leather so as well as the funny balloon skirts maded by many leather lists and also the shawls that has an ancoent roman allure.

Maria Sole Ferragamo believes in the intimate relationship that a wearer establishes with a product that ages with them, telling a personal story.

Maria Sole explores a soft architecture, developing form and volume with a material such the leather soft, light and adherent to the body shape. The young designer is a proud supporter of the philosophy of handmade to which is added, in her case, also the other one, so ethic, of recycling because in fashion, as in science, nothing is created, nothing is lost, everything is transformed.
