The women’s collection is characterized by new stylistic details, such as fringes and metal stars, which decorate the edges of Il Bisonte bags, to reinterpret the iconic models with a fresh and contemporary look. The star-shaped tip which appears on a series of models of men’s bags and unisex briefcases has a strong reference to the Far West.
The natural cowhide with vegetable tanning, which has always been the chosen material of the brand, is further enhanced by the skilled workmanship of master Florentine craftsmen. The SS18 collection dwells on important artisanal details such as the technique of threading: a leather lace edges the contours of travel bags and shoulder bags with a technique of raw-cut seams that gives a refined look and unique personality. A stylistic touch which, together with the pounding of the leather, gives the products great appeal.
The large men’s collection includes some important new features in terms of materials: the camouflage fabric – which again uses in the decoration a design from the brand’s archive - and “polycotton”, made from nylon and cotton – extremely resistant, with almost technical characteristics, but with a rough texture.
