Andean and oriental Echoes chase each other on the catwalk by Maurizio Galante who for his new collection Haute Couture Fall / Winter 2018-19 wanted to explore an idea of a gypsy woman, eternal globe trotter, curious of the world and able to welcome and treasure of all the beauty with which he comes in contact, cloaked in suggestions and memories, to live them every day on his skin.
As on the catwalk models are made thanks to garments that focus a lot on the play of material overlapping of contrasting fabrics in terms of thickness and preciousness. Multicolor prints triumph, as well as the asymmetries and an idea of cultured and sophisticated lightness achieved by letting oneself go to life without preconceptions.
