Antonio Grimaldi dedicates his haute couture fall/winter 2017-18 collection to the american heiress Mona Bismarck, histrionic collector of Haute Couture creations and muse of famous designers and painters like Salvador Dalì.
On the catwalk all the glamour of worldly party that the heiress was always to show off her unique haute couture creations.
In addition to sumptuous hoods, frock coat and robe wool coat paired with tailored trousers able to enhance the silhouette, notable in this collection is the use of inlays and cuts, also asymmetric, which embellish every outfit, but especially of embroidery, done by hand, as in the creations from the cut glass window effect all over embroidered that seem to reproduce shattered mirrors.
The iconic jewels were created specifically for this collection by the famous designer Bernard Delettrez.
